And the Taliban has not killed thousands of Afghani women?
Proof the Taliban killed thousands of their daughters? This might be one of the most ridiculous things I've heard.

On the other hand, there's documented evidence of Americans, Brits and Australians, the ones who call thr Taliban misogynists, killing thousands of Afghan women and young girls/children via bombs and guns. Here's an example:

It's not a zero-sum game. Afghani women can be victims of both neocolonial Western powers and their own men.

Why is that so mindboggling of a concept for you to grasp?

It’s all shameful.

China holds a Central Asia summit which is fine, and Latin America/Caribbean islands hold a summit with the whole of EU. You won’t see West, South, Central, East Asia fall under one banner and for the US to have an Asian summit.

You wanna see something crazy.

That you dare put their men in the same sentence as foreign invaders who slaughtered them in droves? They aren't victims of their own men, stop being silly.

Do you have a mental disability?
Post your proof of them killing 1000s of their own women, or accept you are ignorant of the subject and never speak on it again until you are adequately read on the subject

Yeah man, I’m ignorant on this subject. I am so sorry, the Taliban never killed any Afghani women let alone any Hazara, Tajik or other ethnic minorities.

Please forgive my stupidity, they were so peaceful in the 1990s and did not commit any terror attacks or massacres since.

Glad you're adult enough to learn your lesson.

The Taliban was in conflict for 30 years in Afghanistan and all their victims were men.

Each suicide bombing done by the Taliban miraculously only had male victims.
Certain Muslims on this forum like @ICEcold think they are Islamically obligated to support the Taliban because they share the same religion or risk the punishment from Allah (SWT) for being a munafiq.

They don't care to learn the political underpinnings of the issues at hand to solve them effectively, they'd rather write it off as "filthy kuffar vs noble Muslims" and call it a day.

They need to stay out of the Global Affairs section if they insist on carrying on like this.

Read through the wiki page and it's a cesspit of iffy sources that can't corroborate their primary sources. Ironically the Taliban deny a few of these allegations but the wiki doesn't mention them, e.g the CNN source on the woman being set on fire due to her bad cooking, and the defeated former Afghan police in the north claiming a girl was shot for her tight clothing.

Very lazy of you to post that page, but I guess a lie travels halfway around the world before the truth ties its laces

I'd rather not just take The Times or Guardians accusations at face value, especially when these supposedly bloodthirsty Taliban deny a number of their accusations.

Only things not in dispute seem to be:

A woman executed for allegedly killing her husband;

Women's education being restricted;

Gender segregation in various settings;

Enforcement of modesty

I fail to see the issue with any of these.

There’s so many verified cases by non-partisan international organisations.

But you believe the war crimes committed by the invaded soldiers that was reported by these same organisations?

Either they all exist or they all don’t.
Yes. No reason to make up allegations of your troops committing atrocities; plenty to accuse others.

The atrocities you listed by US forces were reported by NGOs.

Those same NGOs also accused the Taliban of atrocities.

Yet you agree with some NGO reports and deny others based on your political views.

That is defined as bias, brother.

I don't see this discussion going anywhere so I have a suggestion.

Since you seem more passionate about defending the Taliban than @Periplus and I are pointing out their atrocities and human rights violations, how about you provide evidence for the Taliban's innocence instead?

You have asserted several times that it's all Western propaganda designed to make the 'foreign invaders' appear good by comparison with boisterous confidence. Such confidence should come with equally strong evidence so why not present it?

If the Taliban deny an allegation, would you believe them?
