So what can we do to prepare?

We only have two options, either be prepared to flee well before it kicks off and have plan B ready, because once it kicks off its too late to flee.

The other options which I believe is better especially if you have no plan B is to stay put, learn to defend yourself, learn to live of the land, and develop useful survival skills.

I hate to say it but there is no jewish conspiracy, there is no complot. Every bit of support israel gets from the west is because they're ideologically aligned not because jews control the world or something. The reason for the rapid immigration the west is experiencing and also its decline is neoliberalism and globalism. Cheap labour flows from impoverished countries to the west which benefits the global "elite" or bourgeois more than it does the national "elite", so there is group number one who are against it. Also workers in western developed countries who's jobs get outsourced to a poorer country that has less stringent labour laws and smaller wages, and on top of that you have the fact that while there's a lot of white immigration: after the fall of the berlin wall the most, its mostly impovrished people from other ethnicities.

Also the reason why theres is less "morals" as you call it is because capitalism breaks most structures that act against it, this isnt a moral issue soem of those changes were for the better but it happened to a lot of groups, most famously women. because capital always seeks more labour it destroys such prejudices but also enforces them on a smaller scale trough difference in financial status. but it also destroys relationships people have to eachother and alienates them from eachother which is why people are less religious, less family oriented etc.

I can't see nuclear war happening, at least not in our lifetime. However, we will see a lot of infighting that may lead to civil war within countries such as Britain and France for example.
