Puntland Autonomy is going to be very similar to Kurdistan.

So what's healthy rate of inflation and is there difference between different economies? I am certain this can only be controlled thru a government run central bank right where they 'adjust' the supply of currency to private banks when they work out the 'market prices increases' and 'GDP' activities for the given year? We don't have a controlled market place and therefore we can't predict it and measure it and provide evidence to investors there is minimal risk.
