Bugs are essentially what people turn to when they run out of all options. It's more of a last resort and frowned upon for us culturally.
I've actually done the opposite of what these elite want. I eat nothing but animal protein and dairy now and I feel amazing.

Eat more meat! Not less. Ditch the carbs, though.
And before someone attacks me. I do not support factory farming and meat overproduction, but I think we need protein for proper hormone regulation, especially for women. I don't like its demonization, particularly of SFAs. I do not see the same hate against proinflammatory industrial seed oils with accelerated rancidity and higher Omega-6: Omega-3 ratios.
