Can anyone name one lasting change the current administration has done since coming to power? Other than conferences and introducing new taxation what real benefits have been achieved?

I'm talking primarily about systems being built to benefit the average Somali especially in the economic and security sector.

What steps have been taken for clan reconciliation? Other than begging what has the government achieved?

The parliament is just as bad , apparently they work 1 month in 2 years and most don't even show up unless bribe money is being given.Only 8 bills have been passed and its jurisdiction is limited to a few parts of Xamar.


I was always s pessimist but most of the laws being enacted etc are pushing towards monopolisation as well as reliance on foreign aid.The Somali government celebrates when they were told "yes you can have some money which will be charged with tonnes of interest".

Corruption has gone up and the government counter claim is its "perception " of corruption.This is plain mooryanimo , somalia will be the same for he next 10 years and then finally become a fully functioning 3rd world shithole.

Farmaajo can't make any brave moves without hurting someone's pocket. There's too much money in corruption, in bending over for foreign nations. It's a sad situation we have found ourselves in. And AMISOM is there to protect that corrupt system.
