Eritrean Habesha and Ethiopian Habesha are essentially the same, so how can Eritreans be twice as likely to commit sexual crimes? Unless non-Habesha Ethiopians are lowering the overall Ethiopian rate, the per capita rates should be similar.

i know what per capita is, I’m just saying it doesn’t take into account other factors such as mental health, areas they live in (urban vs rural), time in the UK, legality etc plus they’re just arrests so not all of them were likely charged (especially knowing about institutional racism)Didn’t they teach u about per capita in school?
