Don't worry brother, the debt relief process will be concluded in a short amount of time. Once we are able to take full advantage of the loans available at the IMF and World Bank the amount of resources that it took to revive our symbols of Somali nationalism will be mere peanuts compared to the resources we will have at our disposal. So I fundamentally disagree with the premise that the restoration of these statues were 'wastes' as you put it.

Yes brother that is correct. We applaud the support from the German government in their monetary assistance for the upcoming elections. I have faith that 1p1v will be a reality in Somalia. And that Nabad iyo Nolol will win the popular vote of the masses by a landslide. They've got a lot of work ahead of them, but I believe our leaders are up to task in providing each individual with the chance to vote.

We will continue to strengthen our security sector as we are currently training more soldiers, special forces and police officers on a daily basis. Alongside the advisement and aerial support of our Turkish/American partners this scourge of radical extremism has been significantly crushed and this will only continue as the populace sees the return of a stable and strong government.

This is why debt relief is very important, without resources the government will not be able to establish the necessary institutions quickly enough and will be lagging behind on creating important initiatives that'll jumpstart growth in our economy. This will in turn provide an increase in the capacity for delivering projects in all regions and improving overall education efforts. Security and stability brings about investment opportunities and with the oil/gas reserves we already have this will catapult us into wealth relatively quickly if we act in a capable manner. If we continue on this trajectory the lifting of the arms embargo will be attainable and our military will once again take their rightful position as the lions of Africa. Our collective interests will be achieved by supporting our governments, not undermining them on behalf of regional actors that would wish we stay down forever.
