• Fishing companies will either employ Somalis or process the fish in Somalia, thus allowing for investment and increased tax revenue

• Same with fish: Oil companies will refine oil at home and Somalia's gov't will get a cut.

• This is a moot point. Somalia's security has been either the same or improving since last year. Either way, that cannot be attributed to a presidency but a variety of other factors.
