She can be beautiful or intelligence but she is not going to make any difference if she doesn't have the time for her kids and busy working 8 hours+ a day. Or just busy gossiping on the phone.
The reason why some broke parents who are not so educated and manage to come in foreigner country they push their kids to study way harder than the other kids so their can end up having what other rich family have.

We Spend half of our life if not most of it to gain knowledge and Experience, just to end up working for some next Company or ending up traveling to some neighbour country and given them all our hard work knowledge, Experience our all expertise for a small pennies $ is it really worthy it?
That knowledge and Experience you have gain it suppose to go back to your Communities wherever that is, And not outside of your Community build jobs and activity for your people. That's the reason why you spending half of your life at School, Collage, University so you can bring it back to your people and Not giving away for some penny.

No wonder why our Somali Communities here in western is all based on claiming welfare benefits, are not doing so well and our country are struggling not having enough of intelligent Youth. 
I still think that's very low. Do you mean to tell me if you had a similar level of development in the west, back home that the average IQ would be hovering at 85? I find this hard to believe. Try developing a multi-modal algorithm that factors in possible gains that can be attributed to nutrition, education and other environmental factors that may influence IQ.
