The FGS version of the West Lothian question

Those of you in England might know about the West Lothian question. How can someone from the Scottish constituency of WestLothian have a say on matters only affecting England, while the English have no say on the same matters in Scotland?

Here is the FGS version: Benaadir state, which is more populous than just about any FMS, gets zero say on local matters of FMS like PL or GM. Meanwhile everyone gets a say on who governs Benaadir, everyone decides

War yamamato and Jermis Swan are the only ones who got a say, Kismayoland,Garoweland,Banaadirland and all the other lands has no say

Why are you guys struggling, please explain in from somaliland and not that well versed what's going on.

In Somaliland we just finished registering 1.29mn people for our election in May.

Can't you guys do the same, just copy n paste exactly what we did

Im pretty sure they were recently given representation in the Parliament . Banadir has a 80% literacy rate and is the richest region in Somalia with near the FGS heavily concentrated on development there.
