The federal government should make peace with al shabab and kicked all foreign forces out except turkiye. The west, Ethiopia, arab gulf and kenya see somalia as enemy and we will never amount to anything as long as they are here. On the other hand turkiye has always been our reliable ally since the days of uthman empire.

Here is just few instances of many, of how these people are somalis' eternal enemy

I agree with getting rid of all foreign troops in Somalia. They are part of the reason we haven't been sucesfull in fighting shabaab because they are stunning our offensive.

But I disagree with the fact that we should not fight AS. They are khawaarij and the deen explicitly tells us to fight them and wipe them out.

Al shabab has a lot of hardcore people some of leadership even fought overseas. They even mentioned in one of their videos couple months back that al Qadae was involved in Blackhawk down.

This group hardcore even if foreigners leave they are against democracy and women being in politics they will keep fighting till end.

How will you defeat al shabab when somalia so called friends are not interested in defeating them .Economic prospects come with investment, investment or business flourish in peaceful environment. So how will somalia develop economically if there is no peace.

Amisom are going to be leaving very soon. Arms embargo has been lifted. Somalia will soon have a strong army that is capable of fighting shabaab and defeating.

Once we defeat shabaab and establish peace then we will have a flourishing country open to investment.

Those bastards have ruined the lives of many people. They've made lots of women widows and childrens orphans they're like a virus which needs to be eradicated completely and there will be no mercy now that the arms embargo has been lifted it's over for them

You can’t enforce the law and exercise authority if you make peace with criminals and terrorists.

Members of Al-Shabaab are predominantly unemployed individuals exploited with money. If the government were to offer better economic opportunities, many might switch allegiance. The leaders profit from protection taxes collected from the poor and businesses, turning it into a lucrative business. The Judeo-Western powers benefit from their chaos, funding their weapons and supporting other extremist groups under their control.

A new group should emerge, promising to rule by Sharia and Islam, akin to our historic Islamic sultanates and kingdoms that brought honor and glory. Through peaceful means, this group should transform into a political party, winning votes until its leader assumes power. The leader can then request complete control of the nation, similar to a sultan or Siad Barre, for a limited term of four years, implementing changes guided by Sharia. After this period, the leader should expel all other parties and ban democracy, which only serves the Western world.
