It's amazing that you see Dhulbahante in a discussion by an Ogaadeen lady(whose father is well known) about ONLF and the role of Ogaadeen vis a vis other Somalis in the quest to liberate Somali inhabited territories in Ethiopia. You also insulted the Jidwaaq Absame, a great and noble Somali clan that has given birth to great Somali poets and heroes like Wiilwaal. They are similar to Dhulbahante in this respect of course, if you must insist on some extra relationship between these two brotherly clans.
Either you do not understand Somali well enough or every clip you watch has some subliminal message about Dhulbahante.
I would suggest to watch the clip again, because it raises some issues well known to Somalis from Somali Galbeed, which have been debated for a while, and which will continue to be raised as the struggle to free Somalis from the clutches of Ethiopia continues.
Meanwhile, keep up the good work of monitoring if there are any more random clips that may have some oblique reference to Dhulbahante.
