I have seen concerns about the Juba and Shabelle rivers. Ethiopia is engaged in large scale irrigation projects which benefits the Somali region so is it right for Somalia to oppose this project? Somalis regardless of where they are from can become citizens according to the Somali citizenship law 1962.
