Dowlad Dhexe is not a new concept but something which has brought numerous tragedies. “Qabiil states” aren’t ideal but Centralism is a path the majority of Darood and Isaaq won’t go down again. Revised federalism is the only visible path. Even Farmajo and Khayre don’t openly support centralism.
