Anyone who does not subscribe to Muslim Brotherhood version of Islam is an madkhali. You understand madkhali is a tribe? Same way sufis claim Sunnis are Wahhabis, same way terrorist suicide bombers and bloodthirsty chaos lovers think Sunnis are Madkhalis. None of these twitter accounts have had a degree about they had any formal education on aqeedah, their only expertise is philosophy.
