Grew up in Hargeisa. Heard a lot of the stunts this mayor and his squad would pull (I remember he and a few of his buddy politicians stormed an election station back in the 2017 elections to steal the ballots for the opposition, Waddani). Very bad guy. Very corrupted. Hasn't done an ounce for Hargeisa.
