Don't over buy it though, long term it is a poor investment, but in case of societal collapse, it is your go-to escape/safe haven.

I think once we recover from this bear market caused by the Corona towards mid year, things like stocks and crypto currencies will hit the roof.

Maybe it will be a false recovery in my opinion, would be a good time to sell those then and buy them now while they are low.

I think precious metals will always be a bad investment. They have been under performing the Dow Jones / S&P 500 since forever. People only have a small safety net of precious metals in case society collapses. Don't have too much of it.
