Chapter one: Sovereignty of Sspot
(1) all sovereign belongs to the members and shall be excised only in accordance with this constitution.
(2) the members may excercise their sovereignty power either directly or through selected representatives.
(3) sovereign powers of Somalispot is delegated to the following member organs
(a) administrators
(b) members
(c) lurkers
(4) the sovereign power of the members is excercised through--
(a) commenting and emojis
(b) creating threads
(c) petitions
Chapter two: The bill of rights
1. Right to shukaansi any member
(a) all Farah's and xalimos are granted the right to do shukaansi within the limitations of the constitution.
(b) shukaansi should be carried out as by the law and in the luuq if the partners agree
2. Rights of banned people
(1) A banned person has the right
(a) to be informed promptly, in language that the person understands, of--
(i) the reason for the ban
(ii) the right to apologize
