We should never have joined these people to start with.
Historically, we were always under Sultanates and didn't share anything with other Somalis. The only time we met them is when we fought over grazing land or power.

History only repeats itself in Somalia. PL shud ask for two status. Southern Somalia Status(excluding) JL as their house is in order. One for Beletwayn River and above northern communities which are in a non conflict area and granting semi-independence powers until the two regions(south and PL) can come together as there was something to negotiate on in the past. Let the SFG focus on the mighty task in the south rather then disturbing regions who have organized themselves. If Scotland can have a referendum to leave the UK, i don't see why Puntland can't do the same, it's for the best. We can tell Ina Cawad the Foreign Minister to go back to his Land and cut the Puntite Federal MPs by two thirds, the remaining one third can represent their ppl in Kismayo.
