Khaleejis and Yemenis are similar where marriage outside the family or tribe is discouraged which is why they have high cousin marriage including the royal families in the gulf practice it for example the current crown prince MBS is married to his cousin and the Emir of Qatar similarly. In Yemen especially in the North and Hadramawt region the descendants of Hashemites are not allowed to marry with tribal community.
