This is by no means a small number, mind you. Somalis have had a massive increase in population size since 100 years ago, and we're still in greater number than Amaharas.

All together you have 21 million and if you sprinkle in a million of diaspora you have about 22 million somalis worldwide, it’s very possible amharas are more than this

Most estimates from 2018 says Somalia + Somaliland is 15 million so how did we decrease in population. As for NFD and DDS the 6 million and 2.5 million numbers are fake. Especially considering the census before shown somalis In Kenya as numbering 4 million so it had to increase.

Look at the indivisual tuulos and towns somalis inhabit and you can literally count the houses. Somalis worldwide are 25 million tops we can’t compare to amharas who are a United ethnic group numbering the same wheras somalis are divided into 5 different countries. Honestly somali isn’t even an ethnicity when comparing to other groups the indivisual ethnicities that make up the Somali are the hawiye ethnic group, the darood ethnic group, the issaq ethnic group etc

We basically aren’t . Genetically, culturally and linguistically maybe we are but politically we aren’t an ethnic group Somalia is only homogeneous by name otherwise qabil states (somaliland, puntalnd etc) wouldn’t be a thing. Kenya is probably more homogeneous than Somalia politically speaking

This African great lakes is the most beautiful region in Africa, especially the Rift valley region . The region also has the four highest mountains in Africa. This is also the place where you find those world famous wildlife parks you see featured on National geographic like the Maasai mara and Serengeti.

Speaking of lakes, there is like a dozen other smaller Lakes in the riftvalley region of Kenya and Tanzania. My favourite is Lake Nakuru. It's a National park in Kenya, famous for its flamingo birds.
