The South and Central part of Somalia always gets the comments like "it's a shithole", "it's unfixable" etc.
But to be honest the South and Central region have alot of stable towns that face less insecurity than some areas in the north.
My 3 towns are:
1. Warsheekh
2. Cadaado
3. Hobyo
Warsheekh is praised for being very secure even though it's only 60km away from Mogadishu. You can drive there, and the Burundi AMISOM forces recently got replaced by Somali forces due to it's good security.
Cadaado has been a temporary capital of Galmudug with no major incidents affecting the city. You can also reach Cadaado all the way from Beledweyne.
Hobyo is reachable all the way from Gaalkacyo by road, there's no AMISOM forces there and no major incidents have happened.
What's your 3 towns?
