The rejection of 1961 Constitution and 1961 coup attempt by both Isaaq, and Jabarti/Dir Northerners, and unratified status of the repeatedly violated Law of Union is the main official justification for disolving the union. Not the IsaaqGenocide supported by anti Isaaq northerners

@Gadhwayne quite the retard aren’t you? This Shows that the Gadabursi and Harti voted for the constitution. British Somaliland never existed as political identity if Gadabursi voted for the constitution at higher rates than MJ. British Somaliland as a whole voting 47% for and 52% against tells you a lot about Somaliland’s durability.

Quite the qabiilist. Welcome back to tribe politics.

Whatever the USP region's identity was, the union between the North and South must meet the requirements of the Law of Union. I hope that FINALLY happens

BTW
How do you square your support for full independence of MajeerteeniyaState without declaring indepebdence? Tribalism and hypocracy

Gadabursi were allied to the northern Harti party (USP) at that time that is why. People were voting on party lines.
