Hey folks let's start a challenge as a group. Pick anything you want to change about your life, or anything you want to succeed in. Try not to quite it. Use this topic to update your progress and how to correct your set backs.

The challenge will start Oct 1st through Jan 8th. On the eve of Jan 8th inshallah we will write down how our journey was. Please I would highly appreciate if you didn't troll this topic.

I actually have 2 goals. My number one goal is to stop eating sugar for 100 days, the next goal is to have a sleep schedule. I want to be a morning person without downing 3 cups of coffee. I want to drink coffee to enjoy it not to stay awake. So that's my two goals. I will update this topic through out my journey.

I would really be happy if I had a buddy for this, so we can all motivate each other.

This is a judge free topic. We will only encourage it other.
 
1. Stop using my ipad 100 days
2. Stop masturbating for 100 days

1. Stop avoiding my bank statements
2. Use cash instead of cards
3. Cut down on monthly spending by 50%
4. Turn off a couple of ******'s life support, I've been sending too much money back home

Day 6.

I developed a sleep schedule and so far I'm liking it.

I failed with the sugar restriction but i will keep trying.
