If the US is a liberal democracy, that is supposed to mean that you are free to believe in whatever.... it is hypocritical to say that freedom belongs to Marxists and all kinds of deviant ideologies but suddenly when it comes to wanting the sharia you are not free to have that belief.
Many Christians believe Christianity justifies Zionist wars... that is much more extreme yet the media doesn't present it as extremism.

Ya, but the US is not a Muslim country, so I don't think it makes sense to impose sharia on them.
well that's why I'm against the Muslim Brotherhood ideology. according to the MB ideology, you're supposed to go demonstrate in the streets allegedly for sharia and destabilize the country and if you don't agree with that you're a sellout being paid by Saudi Arabia.
If you follow the Salafi understanding, you know intellectually that there should be sharia but you avoid causing trouble.
Because if you hold a sign that says "sharia for the UK" and you're demonstrating in the street- that is propaganda gold for the enemy to make Muslims who believe in the sharia look like extremists. And then in an extreme case, they could have an excuse to get security agencies and armed forces involved.
