This is a top quality Latvian made shirt, i got on my holiday there earlier this year.

Oh believe me, I'll lose that stomach fairly quickly. Alhamdulillah, I'm satisfied with how i look, I've got no insecurities......well....apart from my bidaar.

People should learn to accept and be happy with how they look like.

It's all over the place saxib. I eat whatever I want, when I want. Sometimes, I have a large doner kebab after a two hour gym session.

Come Gym with me I'll put you to Work when I go again haven't been for 2 Weeks however I know how to lose weight quick. I dropped 2 stone without changing my lifestyle.
