It's a futile attempt. He should just take the red pill. He's lost a lot of credibility as a journalist in the last year.

There's 3 reasons why GX won't rise up to topple the admin in Hargeisa:

1. They're wishful about ruling Somaliland.

Every elected president in Somaliland history ruled for +7 years, not a single one rule for the standard 5 years presidential term. It's nothing new, an informal law by now. Somalis understate the unity of Isaaq after 90s wars, we share every major city we live in and heavily intertwined. A war will drive hundreds of thousands into refuges camps like Lascanood. Even the most diehard opposition will reject that. Life goes on till Nov 2024.
