It is a healthy trait not to hold grudges. Besides cussing, what activities do you engage in to relieve stress?
Arguing with the opponent :stevej: a while only cuz my head ends up hurting and i end it there. Then the next day, i talk to them like nothing ever happened  some people think its nice not to hold grudges, but i feel like it makes me too soft sometimes. Someone could do a horrible shit to me and after a while of arguing/ anger/ silent treatment (in that order) I'll forgive them. no backbone at all :mjcry::mjcry:

See, in the animal kingdom, esp, amongst males species, and I have been inspired by @Basra, holding grudges arises [after] a settlement has been reached with the other. There is no need for it afterwards.

However, not fighting back, and not knowing whom your foe is is 'doqoniimo', a different sort of kettle, methinks.
