Testicular torsion occurs when a testicle rotates,twisting the spermatic cord that brings blood to the scrotum. The reduced blood flow causes sudden and often severe pain and swelling.

Wallahi this scares me so much. I regret ever finding out about this. Every time I feel the slightest pain in my balls this comes to mind. I honestly wouldn't wish this on anyone

Testicular pain is the absolute worst, I woke up with intense pain on my left side which also effected my leg. I tried to toughen it out for 3 days but the pain was getting unbearable. Before I went to get help, I found this video on YouTube. I did the stretches and the pain went away immediately.
