Just try to say one thing that make sense for 1 day. The second in command of Al-Shabaab is Mahad Karataay who is your clansman. If we're gonna use the clan card, people can say it is a HG-led group.
As for Farmaajo, he came to a government that exists in name only. He rebuilt SNA, police forces, and NISA. Before Farmaajo became president, there were no Gorgor battalions, Haramcad police special forces, and 1000s of plain-clothed NISA intelligent agents. Add that to the 5,000 Eritrean-trained forces, plus increasing and paying the salary of all of these forces. If you're unbiased observer, you can see Farmaajo handed over a government that is standing its own feet to Hassan Sheekh Mohamud. Let us see where he takes it.

Farmaajo was actively trying to stop Garaad port being built despite the port being self funded.
