Tensions rising in Bosnia as election reforms strengthen Croats and Serbs, weaken Bosniak muslims

Right now Bosnia and Herzegovina is divided into two autonomous federations. Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Republika Srpska. Srpska is 80%+ Serb orthodox, it wants to secede from Bosnia. It does it's own thing.

The other federation is 70% Bosniak muslim, the rest mostly Croat catholic. The Croats have been complaining about a lack of representation.

Under the proposed reforms by an internationally appointed administrator "Bosnia’s constituent people – Bosniaks, Croats and Serbs – will lose representatives in the House of Peoples if their ethnic population in any federation canton amounts to less than three percent of the same ethnic population in the Federation entity."

The reforms would largely help Croats and greatly weaken Bosniak representation, as under the current law at least one Bosniak, one Croat and one Serb delegate is elected from each canton. Caucuses where there is an opposition compete as to which member they nominate for president or vice president of the Federation entity government.
