@TekNiKo Mogadishu clans never reconciled, never had a victor either, it's stalemate hell and these conditions allow any president to set off 91 conditions any time there, infact their r number of clans there with Shabab on speed dial deep in the heirachy as they see them as some sort of insurance to get revenge without triggering a clan war so they use frightened rahanwayn foot soldiers and .5 to settle scores.
That's all this status quo will ever achieve is extreme fragility at all times. I really feel sorry for their civilians there due to their horrible leaders who can't even resolve or fight out their issue. Only 3 roads open for Mogadishu Kala adkaada and do hubka dhigis on losers, heeshiya properly, economic isolation to push non abgaals out like hg n murusade. They don't have many options but sitting there with the status quo is unworkable I hope they agree too that at least or else these simmering clan tensions will forever be there to explode, manipulate, exploit at any time.

how? HG and murursade have a financial chokehold on the city. isolation from kaaran?? pls don't threaten us with a good time.

No Abgaal needs to settle this hamar issue either abgaal is only armed and everyone else is marti at their mercy which will require a war of course or they need to do real reconciliation between hawiye or the other solution is total funding embargo on abgaal areas untill their areas turn into towers living sewage, low education and health investment affecting their population and making them essentially a ghetto, it also effect their investment values lol and they will just end up leaving g rather then dying at abgaal hands.
Abgaal needs to settle this hamar issue not leave it how it is in the status quo.
