Why? I sometimes feel like coffee is an addiction, and i need more and more coffee to get that energy level

Tea alone is tasteless, Somalis have very nice herbs like cloves and coriander

But ONLY from freshly roasted beans. It tastes a lot better than the supermarket garbage.

Sxb, I normally buy a variety of tea (samples for tasting) from the tea shop, but mainly stick to organic chai, green and herbal tea (camomile and lemon-ginger). Don’t add sugar or honey and taste the spices.

Coffee all the way. The only tea I drink is Somali shaah and that's like once in a week but I drink 5-7 cups of coffee a day.

I start my morning with black coffee and drink it while I get dressed.
Go to Starbucks before work and get a latte.
Mid day another cup of coffee, no milk or sugar
After lunch another one.
After work, another one.


And no decaf, decaf is for the weak.


Coffee makes me happy. The smell of it takes me to another place.

Both sxb. There was a point when I was drinking shaax, coffee and energy drink in my college days.

I quit energy drinks though. Don't think I could get away with it now that I'm older.
