I legit thought she was washed by 2018. Insane but likely artificial comeback. Something tells me this is all to humiliate Kanye

She did a world tour this year might be because of that but Time's "Person of the year" is usually given to the most influential person mostly politicians doesn't matter if they're considered evil or not so I'm shocked that a musician got it. Personally I feel like Xi Jinping was the person of the year for 2023

Meh it can be given to anyone in fairness, politicians and leaders are also celebrities. It’s been given to entire groups, concepts, ideas and inanimate objects.
Even I won it in 2006 :gnzbryw:

She literally dated Matty Healy from the 1975 who watches p0rn with black-American women being tortured and enslaved (which implies she sees no issue with racism), but acts like a feminist icon for all women.

She's uncancellable because her pumpkin spice white woman army will fight for her no matter what.

The way the media tries to compare someone like this to true legends that appeal to all people like King MJ, Whitney Huston and even Madonna is laughable. Look at some of her lyrics, this is what they call "legendary songwriting" :ohlord:

"Sometimes I feel like everybody is a sexy baby
And I'm a monster on the hill"

"Uh huh
I like shiny things, but I'd marry you with paper rings
Uh huh, that's right
You're the one I want
I hate accidents except when we went from friends to this
Uh huh
Darling, you're the one I want
uh huh"

Black people on social media are theorizing that the American media is really trying to push this girl in an attempt to replace legendary black artists whose legacies they failed to destroy, especially MJ. They're apparently very triggered that the most famous artist America ever produced, who even outdid the likes of Elvis and The Beatles was a black man, that's why they always like to compare the two :hmm:

There is definitely some sort of agenda going on here.

Oh, without a doubt. Today's ongoing debate on Taylor Swift vs Beyoncé (due to the same release slots of their respective documentaries) really consolidates the idea that a black person is expected to work twice as hard for half the respect.

I don't know if you know this about Beyoncé but when she was 6, she would sprint around her entire neighbourhood while singing to gradually expand her lung capacity (so she could she sing and dance for longer without sounding out-of-breath). Whatever work ethic Miss Taylor has going for her, she seems to only expend it in manipulating the media's reporting of her.

I mean Taylor would dislocate her hip attempting this, despite being younger:
