I support this. This is a very good idea.

If it can be carried out succesfully, then it will prevent a lot of Somali blood being shed on both sides.

Al kebab can never reach a deal because unlike Hezbollah they cant intergrate witht he government due to clan affiliations and relative peace that comes from the agreement. Their ideology will be eventually absorbed or morph into a mellowed out political party. They have to keep fighting or they have nothing. Which means they have foreign suppliers and funders.

wont happen the afghan government was utterly corrupt and they sold their soldiers off, betryaed tribesmen opposed to taliban , and also betrayed the elite units and ran off with the money.

Clan loyalties prevent this from happening as they will do some crazy shit when amisom leaves but when they try to make a move on major clan territories they will face much pushback.
