To be fair you’ve had a lot more vitriol towards women committing sins than OP who’s committed major sins. There has to be some social consequences to prevent men from going down this path otherwise you’ll have more and more women having to settle for guys like OP.
Any woman who hasn't smoked, drink, have zina will get a man like her.

mother drinking during pregnancy is true, so is the father drinking. what you eat and drink affects your sperm, and that includes alcohol. If the mother is a religious woman who doesn't drink (or drank once in this case) but the father is a reformed ciyaal suuq who used to drink, you can best believe that the alcohol has already affected the quality of his sperm. He will give a religious woman babies with issues

I hear what you’re saying but I’m talking at the community level. If you allow men to run around without consequences what ends up happening is you have more men fall into harmful vices. It makes things lopsided where you’ll have women that stayed away from haram having to settle for these kinds of guys because there is not enough of the ones that stayed away from haram to go around. Let’s say for arguments sake that 5% of Somali women have smoked/zina and 15% of Somali men have. You’ll have like 10% that decent Somali women having to settle for these kinds of men of they wish to get married. If we shame men the way women are shamed then fewer women would settle for these guys.

That's already happening now but not at a community scale yet. I've seen several girls (who are religious and don't have a past) get proposed to by a well to-do guy. These men are doing well for themselves career wise and are currently religious/repented. They are a reformed ciyaal suuqs who drank, smoked, and did zina in University. They were party boys who did well in Uni and got great careers. When some of these girls rejected them for their past, many community members (especially the relatives of these ciyaal suuqs and even some imams) and will shamed them saying that the guy is a good guy who redeemed himself and has a good career. As if good careers is enough. Men need to have both deen, no past, and a stable career.

The reason why some Somali guys have these views is because it gives them less competition when it comes to marriage. Imagine knowing that all you need to be the top 20% in your community is an entry level professional job and no serious vices. Why would you want that to change lol.
