My parents tell their friends and close relatives about everything i do. Work, studies etc. I don't mind my grandparents though.

I tell them not to tell anyone because its none of their business, and i like to have a private life. Also I don't want any evil eyes or hasad. Not everyone is happy with your success. But my parent's won't listen, especially my father he is too talkative. Sometimes i dont even like sharing good news with them, like getting a pay rise or being promoted at work etc. I just keep it to myself.

Same, my father likes to tell people the good I do but I tell him I don't want the evil eye. Also, I'm a very private person, I don't tell people my business or what I'm doing with my life. Bad advise. Regardless of what your parents say, never embarrass them or say anything about them. Your parents aren't your random friends, taking "revenge" against your parents or disrespecting them is just low and scum behaviour.

Great advise. Regardless of what your parents say, Always embarrass them or say Everything about them. Your parents aren't your random friends, taking "revenge" against your parents or disrespecting them is just Fun and Awesome behaviour.

yeah I know....I had my share of fights with them. Im with virgin now and they have the best internet. But they have no set prices. So you can argue your way to a good deal

@Samaalic Era Switch to the new ones, they're way faster, virgin media is absolutely garbage
