I'm predicting Taliban run Afghanistan will run circles around Somalia in the coming decades.
They are all ready making deals to extract oil. Unbelievable. Why can't Somalia sign some deals.

Because neither the FGS or Al-Shabaab are fully in control of the country, makes it a risky place for foreign investors and companies to do business.

They can sign a deal but the company doing this extraction would get sued it's not worth the hassle.
