As I said before and as stated in the articles Dugsis are still open for girls of all ages and they have said they are planning to open high schools and universities soon

Why haven't they opened up schools (outside of madrassas) for all girls yet? It's been 2.5+ years and there's been plenty of time to 'reform' the education system to their liking.

Schools are still open in 6 regions these six regions, which makeup 15% of the population.
