Not true even if you say #nohomo it depends on how you compliment another man.

A masculine man could compliment a man and say #yeshomo jokingly. That would not make him a homo.

In fact complimenting a man and not saying #nohomo is proof of a man being confident in his sexuality.

Using words like sexy etc to describe another man is just plain gay.
