There are a lot of Syrians and Yemeni people who came to Somalia as refugees.
Despite all of the blood shed here, the peak of the wars there were worse.

I went to a Somali-owned but Syrian-run restaurant in Bosaso. Damn fine roasted digaag and kebabs. Mashallah.

The Prophet (saws) said: It will turn out that you will be armed troops, one is Syria, one in the Yemen and one in Iraq. Ibn Hawalah said: Choose for me, Messenger of Allah, if I reach that time.
