Bashar has made his last statement as President and confirmed the collapse of the Syrian Arab Army.
A Statement from the self-proclaimed "Syrian Transitional Government": O free sons of Syria, After long years of injustice, tyranny, and oppression, and after the tremendous sacrifices made by the sons and daughters of this beloved homeland, we announce today to the great Syrian people and the entire world that Bashar al-Assad's regime has fallen, and he has fled the country, leaving behind a legacy of destruction and suffering.
