After the shit show in america everyone can tell Europe is slowly losing their grip on thw world to china.

It's hard to take them seriously when a bunch of redneck uncles rolled up to the house of congress armed and ready for a show down.

You need o understand how parliamentary system works and Swedish law

The PM had no vote of confidence when the party that gave confidence and supply to his govt withdraw cu of policy disagreements bringing the govt down but the opposition leader who was appointed to form a new govt failed to do so and the former PM Steven Lofven was given a second chance to form a new govt that was put for another confidence vote where most MPs voted against it but it needed 175 votes in Swedish law and only 173 MPs voted no to Loven 2nd govt with abstention of 60 MPs

So what was the point? Usually, elsewhere, a loss of a vote of confidence causes a snap election, why did that not occur.

I ain't familiar with Swedish custom, laws and system to be fair.

Loven didn't call for snap elections after the vote of no confidence instead he resigned
