Surviving a school shooting GONE WRONG

meditate man, ocd can become a tool if you see it differently
i have ruminations/intensive thoughts, checking often and the "rituals" where if i dont do a pattern correctly or the right amount of times there will be consequences. To be honest the only thing that could be helpful is the checking, for example checking if i closed the front door a bunch of times. But the rest is just contaminating my mind 24/7.
