Surrogacy is a horrific practice, almost satanic. Its absolutely unnatural and immoral. You cannot rent a womans womb and it should never be accepted.

If you do Nikkah with her how will it be Haram? Wouldn’t it still be valid…?

Surrogacy just cuts to the chase of what marriage is supposed to be but without the bullshit & Buuq. This is why a lot of gaalo do these practices but I have a feeling this will happen in the Islamic world as well.

surrogates are haram. even articulate insemination without marriage is also haram. however if your married your able to do the latter

I believe if a Muslim engages in surrogacy, he should have a Nikkah done. It’s the bare minimum.

I would not do articulate insemination but the traditional way is better.
