I once drove from a major city to town 100 miles away and it took like 5 hours due to the bumpy roads. It should have only taken 2 hours maximum in a normal road.

Driving from Hargeisa to Qardho is 15 - 16 hours. Imagine SL to Xamar.

That's not true. People from Somaliland come to Puntland all the time. They can even live there as long as they have a local to vouch for them (employer, person they're staying with, family etc.)

If Somalilanders weren't allowed into Puntland, then how would they get their Somali passports?
