what do you eat for afuur and suhoor?Poor souls, in Ramadan, the body needs nutritious, protein-rich, k-cal laden sustenance, and not barren carb.
For iftar, I go with light meals i.e. shurbad, soup, sambusa, mallawax, quraac, shakshuka etc; I eat less, as I go to the gym afterwards, then for dinner, steak or fish with a bit of semolina, veggie digir or sorghum. Plenty of lemon/ginger water and milk.what do you eat for afuur and suhoor?
