They do dikri after tasliim apart from that it is mostly fine what they are doing during the salaah. Although i cant say i aprove of them reciting quraan like qasiido without any tajwiid. Also they all get in a circle at the end and start bowing to the sheekh By that point i would be up and out the mosque

I remember once when i was way younger we was somewhere in london and it was asr or maqrib time and we were with an adeer and he took us to a random near mosque maybe he found it on google maps or something. And after the salaah i remember they all started up their dikr voices and adeer grabbed us and dragged us out i was so confused
