The capital should be moved from Xamar, why the hell is it still the capital after sooo long?

we should have moved it to the north a while ago
the south isn't a sustainable city for politicians, we need a new city for just politics like Washington DC, Nigeria and Brazil have done this and built capitals from scratch, a good spot would be in eastern sanaag, not to far from qardho, it should be designed with total security in mind like the Israeli settlements those things are damn near impenetrable and because of artificial hills security can see threats from like 100 miles away
