Most ppl may not know but there people born genetically male or female like XX or XY or even XXY etc but come looking out like the opposite sex phenotypically. It’s tragic for the poor kid, because often they’re don’t fit into either category and are trapped in the wrong body but it’s pretty rare, I think 1 in 100,000 or something like that.

edit: btw how do Somali parents react to these type of things like this poor kid in dugsi? They’ve must’ve known all along.

There's a kid in my city like this, and his cousins tells me to keep it hush, but it shows clearly he's not masculine.
